3 cups cooked rice (steamer bags, leftover rice)
16 oz jar Pace salsa (medium)
1 Tbsp sour cream
cayenne to taste

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat rice and salsa over med high to high heat. Let this cook until it becomes a bit sticky (10 minutes). Add sour cream and cook until desired consistency. Add cayenne to taste.
