Pumpkin Pie Squares Recipe

1 pkg yellow cake mix minus 1 cup (set aside for topping)
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
Combine ingredients and mix. Press into the bottom of a 9x 13 pan.

2 beaten eggs
1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
Mix filling ingredients together. Pour over the crust.

1 c. cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 butter (remaining of the stick)

Cut butter into ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until filling is solid and a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve with whipped cream. Yummy!!
