4 c celery
4 c onion
1 c butter
4 c chicken broth

4 boxes-(6oz) kellogg's seasoned croquettes for stuffing
3 tsp sage rubbed not ground
2 tsp ground poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and celery and saute in butter till soft.
Add the chicken stock and heat

Mix stuffing and spices in large bowl

Pour liquid over stuffing and mix to saturate stuffing

Bake at 350 covered for about an hour and the remove cover towards the end to crisp up the top.

Mom used to add mushrooms sometimes and chopped water chestnuts to piss off Dad. I think it is fine without in it's simple form.
