Ingredients:  
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and diced. Reserve liquid.
1/3 c. margarine
1 onion, chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1/3 c. flour
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. liquid from potatoes
2 c. milk
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and reserve liquid. Set aside. Saute margarine, onion and bacon. Add, flour, bouillon, salt, pepper, liquid from potatoes, milk and cream. Cook until thick and creamy. Add potatoes. Garnish with grated cheese, bacon bits, green onions.
