Ingredients:  
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 T. oil
2 jars red beans
1 c. water
1 T. vinegar
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, green pepper and tomatoes in oil. Add beans, water, vinegar, bouillon, oregano and pepper. Cook 3040 minutes. Serve over rice. Garnish with grated cheese,
tortilla chips, salsa, and sour cream. Serves 4-6.
