4 Bell peppers
¼ lb. Hamburger
¼ lb. Sausage
4oz. can of mushrooms
cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
l can of Hunts Spaghetti Sauce with mushrooms
½ cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Brown hamburger and sausage together and drain. When rice is done, drain it. mix meat with rice, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil mixing ingredients together. Take peppers with centers cut out, place in square pan or meatloaf pan. Spoon mixture into the peppers, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until peppers are soft.
