4 lean pork chops, 1" thick
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Season chops well with salt. Place in 9" x 13" pan or baking dish. Top each chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Place 1 tbsp. of brown sugar and one tbsp. of catsup on top. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
