1 box cake mix (favorites are strawberry, chocolate, and spice)
2 eggs, beaten well
3/4 c Cool Whip

Mix cake mix with eggs and Cool Whip. It will be very sticky. Drop by tsp into powdered sugar to coat. Put on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes. Do not overcook. Makes about 5 dozen.

These are pretty and delicious! They keep well in the freezer...or in a tightly covered container. My favorite is the spice...they are good with any cake mix we tried at school.
