4 whole chicken breasts: cooked and drained
2 Pkg broccoli spears, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. buttered Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing (or buttered corn flakes, crumbled with herbs)
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Skin and bone chicken breasts. Place broccoli in bottom of casserole dish, then slices of chicken.

In separate bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese. Mix well and pour over chicken.

Sprinkle top with bread crumbs: (heat a little butter with stuffing mix, then sprinkle)

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes . * Can be frozen, but bring to room temperature before baking.
