5 cups rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch slices
4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple (1 small can, undrained)
1- 3 oz package strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then remove from heat; add gelatin and mix well.

Pour into small jars and seal with hot melted paraffin.
