1/2 c brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp.salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c hot water
1/4 c vinegar

Mustard Sauce:
In a saucepan, combine 1/2 c brown sugar, 2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, & 2 tbsp. cornstarch. Then stir in 1 c. hot water & 1/4 c vinegar over medium heat until thick and boiling. Serve in sauce boat warm.
