1/4 c white wine or rice vinegar
1/2 c sugar
3 T Kikkomans Soy sauce

3/4 c canola oil

Mix first 3 items and heat to melt sugar.
Add oil

Lasts a long time in Fridge
Important to use Kikkomans. Others drastically change the flavor.
Make sure you toss into spring mix, not pour on.
Good with small rice noodles and craisons on salad
