3 oz. unsweetened chocolate cut fine
3/4 cups of boiling water

Sift
1 3/4 cups of cake flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3/4 tsp of salt

1/3 cup of sour milk
1 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
placed finely chopped chocolate in a mixing bowl and add 3/4 cups of boiling hot water, stir until choc. is melted and let cool.

Sift dry ingredients and add to chocolate

Add vanilla, sour milk and 2 eggs and beat two minutes

Oven at 350
for 30-40 minutes
pan size is 12x8x2 pan

How to make sour milk. Add 1 tsp of white vinegar or 1 tsp of lemon juice. Let sit for about 15 mins before adding to mix.
