Hawaiian Cake Recipe

Marietta Oles


1 pkg of yellow cake mix
2 pkg of instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz size)
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 Quart of Cool Whip
1 Regular size can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup of chopped marachino cherries
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup of coconut

Mix cake as directed, Grease and Flour a cookie sheet (with sides) 12x18 size. Bake cake 12 mins at 350 and let cool.
Mix pudding with 2 cups of cold milk
Beat cream cheese into pudding,
Fold in Cool Whip
Spread the above on cake once cooled.
Drain pineapple put on topping, followed by cherries, then coconut and nuts
