1 # ground beef browned and drained (I cook mine with a bit of chopped onion)


1 can condensed tomato soup

1 can cut green beans

1 can sliced carrots

1 can whole kernel corn(optional)

1 can refrigerator biscuits OR 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes

Directions:

Mix together add salt and pepper to taste. I put it in a 8 x 8 casserole dish.

Bake covered at 350 degrees or until bubbly.

Increase temp to 400 degrees.
Top with canned biscuits or mashed potatoes. Bake 10-12 mins or until biscuits are browned or potatoes heated through.

This is one of my kids favorites growing up and still is! Easy, economical and yummy!

Helpful hint: I usually make two batches at once. Use the extra to put into a casserole dish lined with plastic wrap and freeze. When it is frozen, take it out of the dish for easy storage. When you are ready to use it, simply take the frozen "chunk" out and put it in your dish in the morning. When you get home, just pop it in the oven and supper is ready in no time at all!
