Chicken Pieces coated with flour and S&P
1/4 c chicken stock
1 green pepper cut in chunks
1 c pineapple chunks drained ( keep juice )
1/2 c celery
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c vinegar
3/4 c chicken bouillon
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken pieces coated with flour in oil. Remove meat and drain oil leaving 1 tsp in pan. Add chicken stock,green pepper,pineapple and celery. Cover and simmer together with meat for 10 min.
Mix: cornstarch, sugar,juice,vinegar,bouillon,and Soya sauce in saucepan and cook over med. heat stirring constantly until thick and clear. Pour over meat mixture cover and simmer another 15- 20 min.
