Chicken Florentine Pie:

2 pie crusts

1 c. rotisserie chicken
1.5 c. Alfredo sauce
1 bag frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 med onion
3 pinches of nutmeg
crushed red pepper to taste
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degree.
Poke holes in bottom crust (to vent) fill crust. Mix all ingredients and fill crust. Cover with remaining crust and do a fancy design if you so desire.

Bake til crust is a beautiful golden color. Remove from oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

This is such an easy recipe and a big hit. It re-heats beautifully. There were many oohs and yumms at Millerosa last Saturday when this was served. Enjoy!
