1 1-2 lb turkey breast
2 cups cheap white wine
1/2 lb fresh carrots cut into 2 inch pieces
1 medium thick sliced yellow onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp lemon zest
3-1/2 inch slices of lemon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pat the turkey dry. In a baking dish, place turkey breast and rub garlic powder.parsley and lemon zest onto the top. Around the turkey, put wine, carrots, and onions. Put the lemon slices on top of the turkey breast. Place aluminum foil over the top and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 175º.
