1pkg of Chicken Thighs or Chicken breast cut up into pieces 2c of chicken broth 4 c water 2 c potatoes 1 red bellpepper 1 can peas 1 can tomato paste 2 cans of tomato sauce 1 clove of garlic

Brown chicken garlic bellpepper sliced and potatoes then add chicken broth peas tomato paste tomato sauce cover and simmer for a hour until tender. Serve with Rice
