15 Banana Peppers
2 Lbs. Ground Pork
1Pkg. Mozzarella Cheese
1 Jar Spicy Red Pepper Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tops of the peppers off, clean the seeds out, saving the seeds from one pepper, wash, the slit lengthwise, put aside.
Mix the ground pork, mozzarella cheese and about 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce together. Stuff each pepper; line them in a 9x13 pan. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top of the peppers, and sprinkle the seeds on top. Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 ½ hour.
