5 Eggs
˝-Cup Milk
3-Cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
15 Veal & Pork City Chicken
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, eggs and milk. Dip city chicken into egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs, then fry in oil until browned on both sides, season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer city chicken in roasting pan; add water just covering city chicken.
Mix together egg mixture and the remaining breadcrumbs, make patties (klupz), and put them in roaster with city chicken. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1-˝ hours.


*City Chicken can be bought already made up, or buy veal and pork, then alternate meat on sticks*
