6 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
6 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1 Cups Milk
Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
3 Cups Sliced Potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons flour on bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Next add 1 cup sliced potatoes. Repeat this step with butter, flour and potatoes. Pour the 1 cups of milk over the potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper over all. Cook on HI in microwave for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
