5 Lg White Potatoes
5 Lg Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
1 Lg can pitted black olives
1 tsp Adobe
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs Herbs De Province

Directions:
Directions:
Wash all potatoes and dry them. Peal all potatoes, then cut into cubes. All cubes must be the same size. discard smaller and larger pieces. Take a ex large zip bag and put all cubed potatoes in the bag. Then take adobe, herb De Provence , salt, pepper and olive oil in to the bag. Seal the bag and shake well. Then take the Lg. can of pitted olives and hard chop them. Take your mixture out of the bag and put it onto a large sheet tray. (make sure each potato piece has it's own spot) Then take the olives chopped and sprinkle them in top of the potatoes. Put this into the oven @ 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (the longer the stay in the cruncher they will be)
