1 Loaf Frozen Bread Dough
Onion Diced
2 3 TBLS Olive Oil or Regular Oil
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Envelope Ranch Dressing Mix (or any kind of dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook onion until partially done, drain, and press excess grease with paper towel, put aside for now.
Press thawed bread dough out to inch brush with thick 1-TBLS. of oil, cut into 1-inch squares, and place into a large bowl.
Add onion, pepperoni, and envelope dressing, mix together, add cheeses and remaining oil or olive oil, toss to coat evenly.
Arrange pieces in oval shape onto greased cookie sheet, (Pam is ok to use) layer as needed. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes, or until dough has doubled in size. Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for 10 15 minutes longer, until golden brown.
