1 head lettuce
1 package fresh spinach
1 bunch green onions
6 hard boiled eggs
1 lb bacon
2 c Hellman's Mayonnaise
1c sour cream
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce in high bowl. Wash & dry spinach & tear. Thaw peas on paper towel. Chop onions (use green tops). Add eggs (chopped) & bacon (fried & crumbled). Mix: Hellman's, sour cream, Ranch dressing & pour over greens. Cover like you are icing a cake. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Toss & serve.
