1 pkg (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
4 sqaures of semi-sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups thawed whipped topping
12 oreo cookies - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Prepare cake batter and bake in 2 nine inch round cake pans as directed on pkg. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely. Microwave chocolate and butter in small bowl 2 minutes or until melted, stir. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer. Gently stir in whipped topping and crushed cookies. Stack cake layers on plate, spread cream cheese mixture between layers. Spread top with chocolate glaze and let stand until firm. Keep refrigerated. Looks like a giant Oreo !
