2 cans of Cream styled corn
2 cans of Cream of potatoes soup
1 8 oz. block of Velveeta cheese
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 can of diced potatoes
1 stick of butter
Fresh seasoning(creole seasoning is good)
3 caplets of regular crab boil
Tony Chachrie's seasoning(Add to taste)
1 lb medium sized shrimp/crawfish

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot saute' fresh seasoning,in butter until tender, but not browned.
Add all ingredients except shrimp/ crawfish
Cook over low fire as dairy products tend to burn easy, stirring frequently.
Once cheese is melted and blended well ,
add shrimp/crawfish
Cook 8 - 10 minutes.
