1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 carton Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and 1/2 cup of the pecans. Press on bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 the Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread evenly on cooled crust. Fix pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Keep refrigerated.
