1 pound Tilapia
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Mix Chili powder, garlic powder and salt
Dredge fish in mixture to coat
Heat olive oil in non-stick fry pan over med-high heat. Cook tilapia 5 to 7 min turning once.(tilapia should be opaque in center)

Despite Chili powder this is not a hot or overly spicy dish and has very good flavor
leftovers make wonderful fish sandwiches
