1 box duncan hines butter cake mix 1 can mandarin oranges drained 3/4c vegetable oil 3 eggs 1tsp vanilla 1 lrg box instant vanilla pudding mix 1lrg tub cool whip

beat together cake mix oranges oil and eggs pour into a greased and floured 13x9 baking pan bake at 350 for 25min beat the rest of the ing and pour onto cooled cake
