1 bun
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chicken soup mix
10 grated potatoes
1 grated onion
1/4 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
1. heat oil in pan
2. grate potatoes and onions
3. soak the bun in water, squeeze out water
4. combine bun, eggs, salt and soup mix with
potatoes and onions

Bake at 375º uncovered for 40-60 minutes until
golden brown
