Greek Meatballs with Yogurt Sauce Recipe

1 1/2 cups plain Greek-style yogurt
1 cup shredded seeded cucumber
1/2 rice tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 n tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 cups cold water
1 lb. ground lamb
3/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup minced shallots
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil

Combine the first 6 ingredients and chill.
Combine rice, lamb and next ingredients do not add the oil, mix well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Form lamb into small meatballs and cook in a pan with the olive oil until full cooked. Serve with the sauce
