Ingredients:
Potato sausage (potatis korv)--maybe 2 to 4 pounds, depending on your needs
You will need to do a little research to find out where potato sausage is sold in your area. (In Turlock, Richland Market has it.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cut the strings off the ends of the sausage, and lay it in a 9 x 13” Pyrex pan. Cover halfway with warm water. Bake 30 minutes (or until slightly browned). Turn over and bake 30-40 minutes more. Put on platter and cut into 2-inch pieces.

This is the traditional recipe (above). I usually brown mine first in bacon fat, then bake. The flavor is less bland that way.
