1 (8 1/2 oz) can artichoke hearts - drained,
1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese,
1 cup mayonnaise (not low fat),
1 clove garlic - finely minced,
Dash of pepper or Tabasco (go for the Tabasco)

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 375. Serve with French bread wedges or crackers.
