8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese - softened
14 - 16 oz. sauerkraut
8 oz. dried corn beef (or any corn beef) - chopped
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. 1000 Island dressing

No magic here. Combine in crock pot and cook for 3 - 4 hours on low. Use snack rye or rye crackers to dip.

Can also dress it up by using a round loaf of dark rye. Cut off the top scoop out the center and use the crust for a bowl. Cut the center into pieces and use them to dip.
