1 c sugar
2 c flour
1 egg yolk
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and press into cookie sheet. Brush top with egg white mixed with water. Optional: sprinkle chopped nuts over top. Bake at 300 for ½ hour. Cut into bars while warm.
