½ C Karo white syrup
½ C brown sugar
¾ C peanut butter (chunky)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Stir Karo syrup, bring to a boil and then immediately pull off burner. Beat in the brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla.

Add Rice Krispies to mixture and stir. Place in 9x13" Pyrex pan and spread. Let cool.

Every year on Mark and Michael’s birthday, Becky would bring these cookies. They became a favorite. On Matt and Maria’s birthdays she’d bring homemade rye bread and pomegranate jelly. Friends are a good thing!
