1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash browns or shredded potatoes
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt & pepper
2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, soup, salt & pepper.
Place in a 9x13 pan.
Top with corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes.
Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.

Double recipe if needed, but takes longer to bake.
Can be mixed up the day before and baked the morning of funeral dinner.
