2 cups fresh asparagus (1 inch pieces)
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup biscuit/baking mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients. Transfer to a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. In another bowl, whisk the biscuit mix, eggs and milk until smooth; pour over cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
