1sleeve Thomas' English Muffins (Only Thomas' )
1 can Delmonte Tomato sauce ( small size)
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Sliced or shredded Mozzarella cheese
oregano
Grated Locatelli cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Separate the muffins and place cranny side up on a shallow sided cookie sheet.
Put about a tablespoon of sauce on each muffin, a sprinkle of grated Locatelli cheese, top with the Mozzarella cheese and then with salt, pepper and oregano and just a splash of olive oil.
Place in a 350º oven for about ten minutes.
Keep an eye on them, you will know they are done when the cheese is bubbly and just beginning to tan.
Another way:
Place the muffins cranny side up, sprinkle a little olive oil on the muffins and place in a 350º oven for about two minutes, just so they begin to toast, proceed from here with the previous instructions.
