1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, and eggs. Add flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Melt 1 tsp. butter in an 8 inch nonstick skillet. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into center of skillet. Lift and tilt pan to evenly coat bottom. Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer. Remove to wire rack or use immediately.

If not using immediately, stack cooled crepes with waxed paper or paper towels in between.
