8 oz. medium cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 - 2 Tbsp Wondra flour
Salt and pepper
8 oz. beer
French bread, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Heat the beer over low heat in a fondue pot. Add the cheese mixture and stir until melted. Dip the bread chunks.

This was a Sorenson family favorite when I was growing up. I used to bring friends home from college for fondue parties on Sunday nights when they weren't serving food in the dorms.
