8 stale hamburger buns, crumbled (leave out the night before)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 - 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 tsp sage
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in the butter until soft. Add water. Add the liquid mixture to the bread crumbs. May be baked inside the chicken or turkey or baked in a pan for 30 - 40 minutes in the same oven as the bird.
