3 cups loosely packed fresh basil
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Clean and remove the woody stems from the basil. Put all the ingredients, except the cheese, into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a samll bowl and add the cheese. Mix to blend. Makes about 1 cup of sauce. Serve over hot pasta.
