1 large can of tuna, well drained
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 small can of mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
Shredded cheddar cheese
Potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips in a casserole dish. Add a little milk if needed to thin. Top with cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes

Other vegetables can be added if desired. I add chopped pimento olives much to Dad's chagrin.
