2 cups of milk
Stale French bread
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break stale bread into chunks to make about 4 cups. Scald the milk and pour over the bread. Set aside to let cool. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Mix with the bread and turn into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Set the dish in a shallow pan of hot water and bake at 350º for one hour.
