1 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1 (10 oz.) package fresh spinach,cleaned & cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 can green chilies
4 green onion tops
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups Monterey cheese,shredded
1 (12 oz.) package Doritos chips spicy or nacho flavor

Directions:
Saute butter and onions ,Add cooked spinach.In a medium bowl combine cream of chicken,sour cream,green chilies,onions tops & salt,Spray cooking spray in a 13 by 9 inch casserole pan,First layer the Doritos then the cooked chicken,than the spinach.Add the cream mixture & top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes
