Fudgy Brownies Recipe

1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c oil
4 eggs
1/4 c water
1/2 c walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in bowl in order given and beat on low speed until smooth. Do not overbeat. Butter a large 13 x 9 pan and pour in batter. Push into corners & smooth top. Bake at 350 for 30 min, no longer. If using glass pan Bake at 325 for 30 min.

Chocolate Icing ( ice while brownies are hot)
2 tbsp butter,1c icing sugar,1 square unsweetened chocolate,1/2 tsp vanilla ,dash of salt ,1 egg white.
