1 c white sugar
1 c shortening
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c coconut
2 eggs
1 1/2 flour
1/1/2 rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs & vanilla. Mix flour with salt ad soda. Add with coconut and oats to the sugar mixture. Form into balls . Place on greased baking sheet, flatten with the tines of a fork. Bake at 350 till golden brown, approx 10 min.
