1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, juice and all
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs

Icing:
1 large cool whip
1 large vanilla instant pudding
1 can coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in two layer cake pans for 15 minutes in 350º oven. Let cool completely. Ice between cake layers. Decorate top of cake with 1 can drained mandarin oranges. Keep in ice box.
